These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of Nerdy Invoice
(“Nerdy”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a service operated by Nerdy Enterprise
Limited trading as Nerdy Invoice (“the Company”), including our
website, mobile app, and related services (together, the “Service”).
By using Nerdy Invoice, you agree to these Terms. If you do not
agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Nerdy Invoice.
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and
up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your login
details secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
You may only use the Service for lawful business or personal
invoicing purposes.
You agree not to:
- misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt it
- reverse engineer, copy, or resell the software
- upload malicious content or abuse the system
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
Nerdy Invoice offers a 5-day free trial so you can test the Service
before subscribing.
- The free trial is limited to one per user or business
- Trial access ends automatically after 5 days
- Features may be limited during the trial
After the trial, you can choose a paid plan. Subscriptions are
billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on your
plan.
Billing renews automatically unless you cancel.
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- directly in the app, or
- by contacting us at support@nerdyinvoice.com
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for paid subscriptions.
The free trial is provided so you can decide if Nerdy Invoice is
right for you before being charged.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we’ll
review it.
You own all data you enter into Nerdy Invoice, including invoice
details, client information, and business data.
By using the Service, you give us permission to store and process
this data solely to provide and improve the Service.
We aim to keep Nerdy Invoice available and reliable, but we do not
guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any
time. We may also update these Terms, with the latest version posted
on our website.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Nerdy Invoice is provided “as is” and “as available”
- We are not responsible for lost profits, lost data, or indirect
damages
- You use the Service at your own risk
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be
unlawful.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Nerdy Enterprise is registered.
